The PRIDE NETWORK LEAD consortium is proud to announce the first Newsletter of the ERASMUS + project Pride Network Lead (project number: 2022-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000087825).
Work Package 2 within the ERASMUS+ project PRIDE NETWORK LEAD has been successfully finalized. Its primary outcome involved establishing the necessary formal and substantial groundwork for introducing a new role, the Pride Network Leader.
This role is aimed at fostering LGBTQ+ inclusion in the workplace and cultivating an atmosphere of openness towards Diversity & Inclusion within organizations.
The partners, representing Italy, Poland, Spain, and Greece, undertook a series of steps to fulfill the outlined activities.
Each country conducted interviews and design thinking sessions to generate national research reports, gathering crucial insights to define the professional responsibilities of the Pride Network Leader and establish a selection procedure. Subsequently, these efforts yielded three documents:
- determining the professional profile;
- describing the selection process;
- outlining guidelines for implementing this new role.
These documents underwent review by a panel of 15 experts, who provided their valuable feedback.
Consortium is currently working on Work Package 3 Development of syllabus, manual, and toolbox for the Pride Network Lead.
