On the 8th and 9th of November 2023, the Consortium of the project PRIDE NETWORK LEAD (project number: 2022-1-IT01-KA220-VET-000087825) met in person for the second time. The meeting was held by the Greek partner, OECON, in Thessaloniki during the Female Entrepreneurs Week. Thus, the partners had the chance to take part in some panel discussions related to the topic of Green Policies for small and medium-sized enterprises and Education and personal development, extremely linked with the topic of companies and diversity management.
In relation to the project, the partners are now working on the development of the three documents that will be used by companies and organizations for the implementation of the new role of “Pride Network Leader”. Specifically, they will be:
- Determining the professional profile of the Pride Network Lead
- Description of the selection process
- Guidelines for implementation of a new role
All the results were already submitted for consultations that were conducted by professionals in the public and private sectors. Indeed, they provide precious feedback and suggestions for the improvement of the material.
During the meeting, the partner had the chance to review the content of the documents so that they would be translated into all partner’s languages and made available for the target audience.
In addition, the Consortium discussed the next activities which will be the creation of a development program (syllabus) and a training manual for trainers together with a handbook and a Toolbox.
